This journal does not collect information from unregistered users. The data obtained from registered users is limited to that which is essential for the standard operations of a peer-reviewed journal. Such information facilitates communication during the editorial process, enables the compilation of aggregated statistics on submissions and publications, and supports the analysis of geopolitical and social trends in scholarly communication. The editorial team utilizes this data to inform its publishing practices and to enhance the quality of the journal.
 
In order to advance the development of the publishing platform, anonymized and aggregated datasets may be shared with the Public Knowledge Project , the platform's developer. Exceptions to this anonymization process, such as the retention of article metrics, are made when necessary to preserve the integrity of scholarly record-keeping.
 
Neither this journal  will commercialize the data or employ it for purposes other than those specified herein.
